LAHORE: Prime Minister Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani has said on Thursday that President Asif Ali Zardari will decide the role of Pakistan People’s Party in Punjab cabinet.Talking to journalists on arrival at Lahore Airport, Prime Minister Gilani said the Chief Minister Punjab Mian Shahbaz Sharif invited the PPP to rejoin provincial cabinet in a meeting with him yesterday, but any decision regarding the PPP’s role in Punjab will be taken by the president. Gilani said the government is committed to following the Charter of Democracy (CoD) which was signed by two former premiers. Responding to a question, the premier said he himself saw from inside his plane that Shahbaz and Governor Taseer shook hands and there was no grudge between the two.
